How do I make a reservation?

1). Browse through the wide range of tours and excursions on our website and add to cart the tours you would like to book followed by the checkout page. Best part is you don’t have to pay instantly instead you will receive an invoice only after your booking has been verified and it usually takes less than 4 hours.

Please note bookings must be made 2 days prior.

2). You can also make a reservation through our Online Chat Support during working hours. Provide all details and our friendly customer support team will take care of your reservation and email the confirmation.

How do I make a change in my reservation?

If you have a change in your travel plan or would like to cancel a reservation, please contact us through email tours@dubaifunholidays.com or the Online Chat Support. The booking reference must be provided at all times.

Bookings that are cancelled 48 hours prior or much in advance a full refund is granted. If cancelled up to 24 hours there will be a 35% charge and there will be no refund if there is a no show or no information provided.

Do you offer pick and drop for all tours?

Pick and drop is provided for all tours except for the Burj Khalifa Tour, Dinner at Burj Al Arab and the Armani Hotel. Please note pick and drop is available only from your hotel or residence in Dubai.

You are requested to provide the room number as soon as you have checked in the hotel and must wait at the hotel lobby. Our driver will call out your name and will pick you from the lobby.

We hold no responsibility if you are not found or unreachable. The driver will only wait for 5 minutes as other guests wait to be picked up.

Are the pick up timings accurate?

Mostly pick up is done on time. However, we always provide an estimate for pick up timing as the driver may get delayed due to traffic, or delays caused in finding a guest. Estimated time for pick up is within 30 minutes.

Should there be any further delay you will be notified through the hotel reception or your direct contact number if provided.

Are prices based on double occupancy?

All prices quoted on the website are based as per person. Please note prices are different for adults and children. The child rate is considered only from ages 4 to 11.

Do you offer group tours and discounts for more than one tour?

Yes we do arrange tours for groups and also provide the option for private tours. Discounts are provided depending on the number of passengers and on availability.

I have a stopover in Dubai – can I book a tour?

If you decide to break your journey for a couple of days or have been allowed a few hours to enter the city, you have the opportunity to book specific tours. Please note pick and drop is not allowed from the Dubai Airport terminals. You will need to wait in front of any hotel or a landmark where you can be found easily.

What happens if I’m traveling alone? Is there an extra charge?

You are more than welcome on all our tours even if you are traveling alone. You can either join a group if there is a tour on your selected date or you can opt for a private tour which can be arranged for you only at an additional cost. Please email tours@dubaifunholidays.com to find out rates for private tours along with your travel dates.

What type of outfits do I pack and will I need formal attire?

This will depend on not only your personal preference, but the destinations you are visiting and the time of year you will be traveling. It is advisable to bring at least one ‘smart’ outfit for special evenings or Highlight Dinners if you have a reservation at Burj Al Arab or at the Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa.

If your itinerary visits churches or places of worship, you may be required to wear items that cover your shoulders and in some cases, knees. When traveling, we recommend bringing items that are casual and lightweight, and require little or no ironing.

What if I arrive late and miss a feature on the trip?

We regret that no refunds can be made for absences from a trip, including experiences such as missed meals or sightseeing.

Is my tour guaranteed to operate?

All tours mentioned on our website are operated daily or stated otherwise. However, we reserve the right to cancel any part or the whole trip for reasons of government decisions, weather conditions and force majeure for which you will either be offered an alternate date for the tour or we will refund the full amount charged.

Which tours would you not recommend if I'm pregnant or have health issues?

It is strongly recommended to check with our booking consultants if you suffer from any medical or health issues. If you are a heart patient, pregnant, have neck or back pains or suffer from asthma, we do not recommend the Desert Safari, Water Parks and the Ferrari World Park.

Can I skip the dune bashing at the Desert Safari?

If you are uncomfortable with dune bashing then you skip it and book the Dinner in the Desert. It offers all activities except for the dune bashing. Please note the pick-up time is different.

Which restaurants do you offer Dinner at the Burj Al Arab?

The restaurants offered are Bab Al Yam (International Buffet), Al Iwan (Arabic Buffet) and Junsui (Asian Buffet). We do not offer restaurants that have à la carte.

How do you accept payments?

Payments are accepted through paypal if you have account or can pay through credit card. After the booking is received and verified an invoice is sent to proceed with the payment. As soon as the payment is received a booking confirmation is emailed to the customer.

Can I have an extension on my payment?

Unfortunately our system is pre-configured to auto-cancel any booking that has an outstanding balance 15 days prior to the selected date. You will need to book again if there is availability.
